Consultation/Room Review-$75

(1-Hour) (+or-)


*$60 each hour in home visitation following initial consultation - same project

 

*Color consult/Paint Selection-$75 -1st Room/+$60 additional rooms

 

*MoodBoards + Specification Sheets (Furnishings + URLS for ordering)-$250

Clients will be responsible for their own orders & contractors. 

(Designer may have recommendations)

 

*Floorplans/ Renderings -$550 (Kitchens $750) *REQUIRED ON FULL ROOM PROJECTS (Re-Design additional fee of $60 per hour)

MoodBoards and Specification sheets will be included in this price

A retainer of half cost will be required before project begins.

 

*Cabinetry Design (Elevation & Finishes) - $350 (per 12ft linear wall space)

Local Selection of Design Elements/Goods (with/or without client present) will be priced at an hourly rate of- $60 per hour.

 

*Staging Services- $60 per hour + ($55 each additional hour)

 

*Organizational Services- $60 1st hour + ($45 each additional hour)

 

*Specialized Services- $55 per hour (Framing/Print Editing/ Etc.)

*** SELECTION BELOW IS BASED ON SEARCHING OUT ITEMS WITH AN ONLINE PROCESS. WEBSITE LINKS & SPECIFICATIONS FOR PROJECTS TYPICALLY WILL INCLUDE AN OPTION FORMAT OF 2-3 ITEMS TO SELECT FROM.

Cabinet Hardware/Locks/Pulls/Hinges/Entry - $75
Window Treatment Selection - $75

Continued Research after initial/original selection(s) will be an additional fee of $55 per item
